Husham Osman has over 20 years of experience within the aviation industry, having worked in reputable organizations in the UK and UAE. He is an MBA graduate from University of Wolverhampton, UK and had completed his Engineering studies from KLM engineering Limited, UK.
Husham joined Royal Jet as a Maintenance Controller/Senior Licensed Aircraft Engineer in 2006 and had soon been appointed as Director of Maintenance in 2008. He has set up and developed the Maintenance and Engineering department within Royal Jet and has expanded on the current Car 145 approval. He has been instrumental in gaining the first CAR-M (CAMO) approval under GCAA Part M regulation. This enables Royal Jet’s technical team to carry out aircraft maintenance planning, engineering, technical publications and technical records management for Royal Jet fleet and third party.
Husham oversees fleet management and supports the airline with all maintenance and engineering aspects at base and away from base. In addition, he is also a Postholder for both, Maintenance system and CAMO.
