Employees are the key resource of any organisation. It is therefore crucial that when selecting prospective employees, we operate fair and, above all, effective recruitment procedures. To remain completely transparent about our procedures, we will outline our recruitment process from start to finish.
At Royal Jet, each available position will first be advertised internally for two weeks. If a suitable candidate is found, an internal transfer process will begin. If no hire is made, the position will be advertised externally. Each candidate will be assessed and a selection process will begin. When a suitable candidate has been identified, emails of regret will be sent to applicants who were not offered the role.
Once an individual has accepted the role, the appropriate administrative procedures will begin (visa cancellation, clearance certificates). Once these have been processed, joining procedures will commence – alongside a prosperous career at Royal Jet.
